The safety and well-being of our residents is our top priority. We are doing what we can to limit the spread of COVID-19 within our facility, including staying in very close communication with local and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps under current circumstances. We are taking steps based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19, such as:

• Visitation is available and encouraged for all residents.  However, visitors should be aware that choosing to visit during a facility outbreak increases their risk of COVID -19 exposure
• Enhanced infection control precautions including expanded cleaning and disinfecting
• Screening residents, staff, contractors, students, and visitors for expanded list of symptoms and exposure
• Restricting visitation and entry for anyone experiencing symptoms or known exposure following CMS guidelines
• Testing staff and residents for COVID-19 based on current protocols
• Allowing residents to participate in activities following CDC guidelines
• Provide ongoing education regarding COVID -19 signs/symptoms, prevention, and vaccination to all staff, residents, and visitors
• Encourage and highly recommend all staff, residents, and visitors be vaccinated
• Based on CDC Community Transmission Rates throughout Ohio, all visitors should wear masks inside the facility
